Selling your used office furniture

What can you sell?
Literally anything that comes out of an office: Second hand office Furniture, second hand Storage, fittings, carpet tiles, plants, used Copiers, used Faxes, second hand Computers etc. If it comes out of an office - it can go on the web site. There's someone out there looking for second hand office furniture and associated second hand items that YOU have to sell.
All second hand items must be in good saleable condition.
How do I use Want Dont Want.com to sell?
We would initially ask you to forward us digital photos (LANDSCAPE) of the office furniture and associated office items that you wish to sell. This will enable us to evaluate the saleability and advise you whether we consider your products marketable on the Want Dont Want website.
We will also need to know the quantities of each item to be sold. For example: If you have 3 styles of desks, we will require the quantity of each style to be advertised. We'll also need the METRIC dimensions for all items of furnirure - except seating. Please note: It is not viable for us to market small quantities i.e. one or two desks and chairs.
It is the seller's responsibility to provide Want Dont Want with an inventory for all items to be sold.

It's important to give yourself a few weeks to sell so consider placing an advert as soon as possible to get some early interest. You can state that second hand office furniture can be viewed now, but not collected until such & such a date.

How much does it cost to place an advert?
You have two options.
Option 1
This appears to be the most popular option - we charge a straight 30% commission + Vat on a 'No Sale- No Fee' basis. You only pay us if we sell your goods. Commission relates to the final selling price you achieve.
Option 2.
If you have a large quantity of office furniture and associated office products to sell then you may wish to pay a small 'Set-Up' fee (as per the table below) plus a reduced commission of 25% of the final price + Vat.
The Set-Up fee is based on the total value of your second hand office goods for sale (see table below).
